Turrett Presses provide low to medium run quality economies with limited or no tooling cost. Blanking and hole locations are consistently +/- .005 inch tolerance in up to 1/4″ think materials. Our equipment includes:

Punch Presses

Punch Presses are best for high-run quantities. CNC can utilize low- cost, unitized tooling or custom tooling up to 176 ton capacity. Our equipment includes:

• Whitney 30 ton Gaging Press, 30″ throat, punching up to 1/2″ thick steel.
• Stamtec 176 ton gap frame.
• Unitool punching units for multiple set-up punching, 1/4″ material capacity.
• Boschert Notcher Model PN4, 8 ga. thick metal capacity.
• Pem Serter, clinch fastener press with auto feed.
